We are issued “Second-hand Products Handling License” by Japanese government, and the license proves all the products that we are selling are 100% authentic.

In case, if you doubt the products’ counterfeit, any packages that passed 7 days after delivery date (the date of arrival) without contacting us are not acceptable for return or exchange.

Damaged Products

All the packages we shipped comes with insurance to protect lost or damage.

If your package is damaged, please keep the original damaged package, and e-mail us at info@jp-brands.com

We will contact the shipping carriers to file insurance claim. Once the carriers approved and paid the insurance, we will issue you the full refund.
