Once the customers submit the orders, refund and exchange are only accepted where the buyer had a valid, inevitable reason for withdrawing such as quality issue, wrong orders, or damaged products.
For return or exchange, customer MUST notify us of your return request within 7 days after received the products.
Please notice, refund and exchange are NOT acceptable due to the nature of the product(s); if the products have been opened or used; if the seals have been tempered.
Unless indicated otherwise, the product(s) must be returned to a notified address within 30 days upon return initiation.
In the event of missing delivery, such as customer provides incorrect address, missing information, the package will return to Japan. Customer is responsible for any missing or incorrect information provided, and the extra shipping costs may be charged if ask to ship the products again.
In case of damaged products or order mistakes, customer MUST notify us of your exchange request within 7 days after received the products.
Please notice, the following reasons are not acceptable for return or exchange
For any reasons related to the nature of the products such as ‘‘size doesn’t fit’’ ‘‘color is different from the images’’, return or exchange are not accepted.
Any packages that passed 7 days after delivery date (the date of arrival) without contacting us are not acceptable for return or exchange.
Any artificial damages made by the customer itself, or the products have been used and the seals have been tempered, return and exchange are not accepted.
